A number of therapeutic nutritionists in the United States said that cloves can be used in preparing healthy recipes for slimming and losing excess weight.

Nutritionists confirmed that a mixture of cinnamon, cumin and cloves can be used in preparing a recipe to burn fats in the body.

The specialists explained that the method of preparing the recipe is as follows:

Take 50 grams of cloves, cumin and cinnamon.

Dry them on a frying pan.

- Grind it together.

Prepare and drink it by placing a teaspoon of this powder in a cup of boiling water and eating it on an empty stomach daily, after it cools down a bit.

Nutritionists pointed out that cloves, with cumin and cinnamon, contribute to lowering the level of cholesterol and sugar in the blood, and help stimulate the metabolism process.

Specialists explained that cloves are very useful for the body because they contain useful substances from dietary fiber, proteins and carbohydrates. 

It is also rich in vitamins C, E, A, K and B2 (riboflavin) and vitamin B1 (thiamine).

They also warned that cloves may be harmful to some people, as it may cause an allergic reaction to them, and advised to consult a specialist before starting to use it.
