However, like most ingredients that are advertised as effective for losing weight, coconut oil may not be the easy solution to losing weight.

And this is what I wanted to verify through my experience with coconut oil to lose weight and the result of using it. Does it really slim the abdomen as it is rumored to be?!

Noting the many benefits of coconut oil for the body, I did not find any justification for not using coconut oil in my experience to lose weight.

In any case, I will not lose anything, even if coconut oil does not work in losing weight, I will at least benefit from its health benefits.

Well, I bought it and started my experiment with coconut oil for slimming, and the result was as follows:

I took it regularly and during my experience, I noticed that I often felt full and did not feel like eating.

And after a month of eating coconut oil by adding it to the salads and meals I was eating.

I actually noticed that I lost quite a bit of weight, almost 1 kilogram.

I think this weight loss is because I wasn't eating as much as I used to.

So if you want to lose weight or seek to lose weight, I think coconut oil can fill you up and reduce your appetite.

Well, after a month of taking coconut oil daily I indeed lost quite a bit of weight.
