Rapid ejaculation.. Here are 5 treatments that may get rid of this problem!

Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual problem among men! It is a lack of control over ejaculation that occurs when a man reaches orgasm and ejaculates very quickly and without control.

In other words, ejaculation occurs before a man desires it, causing discomfort to one or both partners.

Some men ejaculate as soon as foreplay begins, others lose control when they try to insert their penis, and others ejaculate very quickly after penetration!

A study of 500 couples from 5 different countries found that the average time it took to ejaculate during intercourse was about 5 and a half minutes.

However, it is up to each couple to decide if they are happy with how long it takes, as there is no definition of how long sex should last!

Some men suffer from premature ejaculation from their first sexual experience to last a lifetime, while others develop it after a period of normal sexual activity.

Causes of premature ejaculation:

Various psychological and physical factors can cause premature ejaculation! Common physical causes include:

Prostate problems.

Thyroid problems - overactive or underactive thyroid gland.

Use of recreational drugs.

Common psychological causes include:

Depression.

Pressure nervous.

Anxiety about sexual performance (especially at the beginning of a new relationship, or when a man has had previous problems with sexual performance).

A painful sexual experience since childhood.

Strict upbringing and beliefs about sex.

As for the biological causes:

Some men may find their penis to be very sensitive.

Premature ejaculation treatments:

Treatments for premature ejaculation vary depending on the cause and whether premature ejaculation is lifelong or acquired! Treatments include:

1 . behavioral methods:

The Siemens 'Stop-Start' technology involves Siemens technology learning to control the sensations before ejaculation!

The idea is to approach ejaculation repeatedly, then stop and rest. If you do it often enough, you will recognize your "point of no return".

Masters and Johnson's 'squeeze' technique involves applying pressure to the end of the penis just before ejaculation to reduce the urge to ejaculate. These exercises can be done alone or with your partner.

2 . Kegel exercises:

Kegel exercises are designed to strengthen the pelvic floor! To define your pelvic floor muscles, stop yourself from urinating in the middle of the way.

This is the procedure you need to do when your bladder is empty. Tighten the muscles tightly and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times, three times a day.

3 . Psychotherapy and counseling:

If you have any concerns about your sexual relationship, see a therapist who will guide you through the situation.

4 . Reduce penis sensation:

Topical anesthetic sprays and creams can be used to reduce the sensation of the penis, as they are applied 30 minutes before the sexual intercourse while using a condom to prevent absorption by your partner! Using condoms may also help reduce sensation.

5 . Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors and tricyclic antidepressants:

A side effect of these medications has been shown to slow down ejaculation when used by men with depression.

Thus this effect may be beneficial for men with premature ejaculation! These drugs can be used after consulting a doctor.

Talk to your partner!

If you experience premature ejaculation, it is important to talk about it with your partner instead of ignoring it or denying its existence!

Be calm and discuss the issue, as both of you should understand that premature ejaculation:

A treatable condition.

Very common.

Finding out the causes and treatments for premature ejaculation may help resolve:

Other relationship problems are caused by it.

Get rid of anxiety, depression, or other mood disorders.

Finally, if you have a persistent problem with ejaculation, visit your doctor, who will discuss the problem with you and may examine or refer you to a specialist!
