Squat exercise

It is one of the exercises that work effectively on the thigh muscles. Squatting is among the preferred movements for shaping as well as melting the buttocks. You can apply the exercise by following the following:

Extend the arms in front of the body.

Stand on your left leg and extend the right leg straight forward, as high as possible.

Lower your butt as slowly as possible while keeping your leg elevated.

The back should be straight and the left knee should be in line with the left foot.

Return to the starting position.

Repeat the exercise several times before switching to the right leg.

The only downside I foresee is the fact that you can't eat chocolate. Shudder. The excess sugar which makes us fat is relatively hard to avoid on this diet. 

There are quite a few things that you can eat on this diet; the only downfall is that it's not easy to do it by yourself.
